Teaching

My dedication to building academic communities that value and support the full spectrum of lived experiences guides my practice in both research and teaching. I work to create accessible, learner-centered pedagogical experiences that build critical thinking skills and creative practices to enable life-long learning. I reduce barriers to student engagement by providing a range of materials to support diverse learning pathways, allowing students to integrate new information in the form, and at the pace, that best suits them . I support learner success by designing scaffolded assignments that allow students to develop key skills in the way that people naturally learn, through iteration and adaptation .
